Puppies' First Trip to the Vet's Office

We took the puppies to the Vet's office today to get dewclaws removed and to get a check up for pups and mommy. Sweetie did very well, in spite of the chaos of being around dogs and people she didn't know, being a brand new mommy, and being in a somewhat unfamiliar place. I was very proud :). Puppies had their dewclaws removed and Dr. Johnson told us that all 10 babies and mommy look great. They are all at a good weight and we have encountered ZERO problems this far! We have even had Sweetie out in the yard (on her breaks from babies) to play a little fetch. She has plenty of energy even with birthing and nursing 10 precious pups. Let's hope everybody stays as happy and healthy as they are today!
